Hotel Manager
You'll lead the daily operations of Hooray Toyama, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay and every part of the hotel runs seamlessly. We're looking for a leader who cares deeply about the details, enjoys building and improving systems, and will play an important role in shaping Hooray's culture, standards, and future as we grow.

Fluent in both Japanese and English.

5+ years of hospitality management or hotel operations experience.

Front Desk
You'll be the first and last impression of Hooray, welcoming guests, ensuring every stay runs smoothly, and helping visitors discover the best of Toyama. You'll also support the day-to-day operations of the hotel, working closely with housekeeping, and the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Housekeeping
You'll help create the spaces that make guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home. From guest rooms to public areas, you'll ensure every corner of Hooray is beautifully presented and ready to welcome our guests.

Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred.

Coffee Barista
You'll create the morning experience at Hooray Cafe, serving exceptional coffee and breakfast to our customers. As part of a small team, you'll also support the day-to-day operations of the café to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Barista experience.

Experience with espresso-based coffee and latte art.

Passion for specialty coffee.

Friendly, positive, and comfortable communicating with guests.
Baker
You'll create the freshly baked bread and pastries that define the Hooray breakfast experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about baking, enjoys working with quality ingredients, and takes pride in their craft. As part of a small team, you'll also support the day-to-day operations of the café whenever needed.
