HOTEL MANAGER

​

You'll lead the daily operations of Hooray Toyama, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay and every part of the hotel runs seamlessly. We're looking for a leader who cares deeply about the details, enjoys building and improving systems, and will play an important role in shaping Hooray's culture, standards, and future as we grow.

 

Required

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English.

  • 5+ years of hospitality management or hotel operations experience.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organised, with a strong ability to execute and follow through.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.

ホテルマネージャー

​

Hooray Toyamaの日々の運営をリードし、すべてのお客様に心に残る滞在を提供するとともに、ホテル全体が円滑に機能するよう管理していただきます。

細部まで気を配り、仕組みづくりや業務改善を楽しめる方を歓迎します。Hoorayの立ち上げメンバーとして、ブランドの文化やサービス基準を築き、私たちの成長を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。

  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上でコミュニケーションが取れる方

  • ホテルまたはホスピタリティ業界でのマネジメント・運営経験5年以上

  • 優れたリーダーシップと問題解決能力をお持ちの方

  • 高い実行力があり、最後まで責任を持って業務をやり遂げられる方

  • 整理整頓が得意で、計画的かつ効率的に業務を進められる方

FRONT DESK

You'll be the first and last impression of Hooray, welcoming guests, ensuring every stay runs smoothly, and helping visitors discover the best of Toyama. You'll also support the day-to-day operations of the hotel, working closely with housekeeping, and the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.​


Required

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English.

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a guest-facing role.

  • Warm, friendly, and confident communicating with guests from around the world.

  • Comfortable working across different areas of hotel operations.


Salary: ¥1,100–¥1,300/hour
 

フロントデスク


フロントデスクは、お客様を最初にお迎えし、最後にお見送りする、Hoorayの顔となる大切なポジションです。お客様を温かくお迎えし、快適で思い出に残る滞在をサポートするとともに、富山の魅力をご紹介していただきます。また、ハウスキーピングやホテルマネージャーと連携しながら、ホテルの日々の運営を支え、お客様に心に残る滞在をご提供していただきます。


応募資格

  • 日本語・英語で円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

  • ホテル・接客業・カスタマーサービスなど、お客様対応の実務経験をお持ちの方

  • 明るく温かい接客ができ、世界中から訪れるお客様とのコミュニケーションを楽しめる方

  • フロント業務に加え、ホテル運営全般にも柔軟に対応できる方


給与：時給1,100円～1,300円

HOUSEKEEPING

​

You'll help create the spaces that make guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home. From guest rooms to public areas, you'll ensure every corner of Hooray is beautifully presented and ready to welcome our guests.

​

Required

  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.

  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable working as part of a small, hands-on team.

​

Salary: ¥1,100/hour

ハウスキーピング

​

ハウスキーピングは、お客様が心からくつろぎ、自宅のように安心して過ごせる空間をつくる大切な仕事です。客室や共用スペースを美しく整え、Hoorayの隅々まで快適で心地よい空間を保ち、お客様をお迎えする準備をしていただきます。

 

応募資格

  • ハウスキーピング・清掃・ホテル業界での実務経験がある方（歓迎）

  • 細部まで気を配り、高い清掃品質を維持できる方

  • 責任感があり、整理整頓を心掛けながら自ら進んで業務に取り組める方

  • 少人数のチームで協力しながら、柔軟に業務へ取り組める方

給与：時給1,100円

COFFEE BARISTA

You'll create the morning experience at Hooray Cafe, serving exceptional coffee and breakfast to our customers. As part of a small team, you'll also support the day-to-day operations of the café to ensure a seamless guest experience.
 

Required

  • Barista experience.

  • Experience with espresso-based coffee and latte art.

  • Passion for specialty coffee.

  • Friendly, positive, and comfortable communicating with guests.


Salary: ¥1,100–¥1,300/hour​


コーヒーバリスタ
 

Hooray Cafeで、お客様の一日の始まりを彩るコーヒーと朝食をご提供していただきます。 一杯一杯のコーヒーにこだわりながら、温かい接客を通して心地よい朝の時間をつくるお仕事です。また、少人数のチームの一員として、カフェの日々の運営にも携わっていただきます。
 

応募資格

  • バリスタとしての実務経験をお持ちの方

  • エスプレッソマシンの操作およびラテアートの経験がある方

  • スペシャルティコーヒーに興味・情熱をお持ちの方

  • 明るく前向きで、お客様とのコミュニケーションを楽しめる方


給与：時給1,100円～1,300円​

BAKER

​

You'll create the freshly baked bread and pastries that define the Hooray breakfast experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about baking, enjoys working with quality ingredients, and takes pride in their craft. As part of a small team, you'll also support the day-to-day operations of the café whenever needed.

Required

  • Baking experience is preferred.

  • Passion for bread and pastries.

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.

  • Able to work independently and maintain high food safety standards.

​

Salary: ¥1,100–¥1,300/hour​

ベーカリー

​

Hooray Cafeの朝を彩る、焼きたてのパンやペストリーをつくるお仕事です。 素材を大切にし、一つひとつ丁寧に焼き上げることに喜びを感じられる方を歓迎します。 少人数のチームの一員として、必要に応じてカフェの日々の運営もサポートしていただきます。

  • パン・焼き菓子の製造経験をお持ちの方（歓迎）

  • パンやペストリーづくりに情熱をお持ちの方

  • 細部まで気を配り、安定した品質を維持できる方

  • 自ら考えて行動し、食品衛生・安全管理を徹底できる方
